Our agents are waiting you, meeting you from the air-bridge to welcome arrival passenger or at the boarding gate for departure passenger to assist you all, avoiding the stress and make sure smoothly check-in/out procedure, get away from the queues.

 

Fast Track service is available at below airports:

1. IN VIETNAM: 
Ho Chi Minh/ Tan Son Nhat airport (SGN)
Hanoi/ Noi Bai airport (HAN)
Da Nang/Danang airport (DAD)
*Nha Trang/Cam Ranh airport (CRX) 
(extra US$10,–/person applied for Cam Ranh airport)

Arrival service cost: US$70,–/person
Departure service cost: US$70,–/person

Transit/connection will be charged as one service of arrival plus one service of departure

Price is in USD per person, per passport; the same price for infant/or child

Porter service cost: USD30–/person/maximum 2-3 luggage bags (that same Greeter will do the porter service)

The price is subject to a surcharge if the booking is at the festival, public holidays or service is late in the evening, or early morning

VIP Arrival service:
Greeter picks up the Guest at the entrance of the check-in area/visa areas
Baggage scanners, security identification
Assist with visa procedure (Passengers need to apply for Vietnam Visa in advance, price does not include VN visa)
Get through a Vip line/or a Priority line
Leads Guest to exit the airport to meet their taxi driver.
(the porter service is an extra USD30–/person/service time, 1 person max of 2-3 luggage bags

Greeter’s telephone number will be informed, 3 hours prior to the service time


VIP Departure service:

Departure Fast Track

Need the driver’s telephone number of Guest to be confirmed the service;

without the telephone contact number of the Driver, we don’t accept the booking

(Car transfer is not included, the service time is 2 hours prior to the flight time)
Greeter makes an appointment with the driver or Guest about the time/place to serve
(Client needs to provide us the driver/tour guide/or guest’s contact number, 3 hours prior to the service time)
The confirmed service with an indicated time, we accept a delay of a maximum of 20 minutes waiting, otherwise, the service will be counted as a no-show, non-refundable)
Welcome Guest, lead Guest to the priority check-in counter, and check in baggage for Guest (if required)
Support Guest through a VIP Line/or a Priority Line to pass the security screening station, Immigration clearance
(if there is any visa-overstayed, the Client needs to advise us before making the reservation)
Support Guest for exit procedures
Accompany Client to the Waiting Lounge gate or waiting area. The service ends!
Guest will wait there and get on the plane at the notified time.

Siem Reap airport (REP)
Phnom Penh airport (PNH) & Sihanoukville
Item cost: US$65,–/per person
Extra of US$40,–/per person if require Cambodia visa on arrival including stamp fee)
Surcharge US$15,–/per person/if booking only one service of Departure (No Arrival service booked)

Transit/connection will be charged as one service of arrival plus one service of departure

Price is in USD per person, per passport; the same price for infant/or child

Porter service/luggage assistance to book in advance with an extra price of USD10–/time for 2-3 luggage bags

The price is subject to a surcharge if the booking is at the festival, public holidays or if service is late in the evening, or early morning

Pick up Guest at the arrival gate/near the visa area
Do Immigration clearance for Guest

Welcome Guest to the departure terminal, 2 hours prior to the departure time
Lead Guest to check-in counter
Lead Guest for the procedure of Immigration clearance
Accompany Client to the Waiting Lounge gate or waiting area. The service ends!
Guest will wait there and get on the plane at the notified time.

Extra of US$50,–/per person if require Laos visa on arrival including stamp fee)
Surcharge US$15,–/per person/if booking only one service of Departure (No Arrival service booked)
Extra price: USD10–/time/porter service/luggage assistance for 2-3 luggage bags

*INCLUSION FOR FAST TRACK SERVICE IN LAOS:

VIP Arrival service:
Greeter waits at the arrival gate/building side, near the visa area
Client meets our Greeter, signs in the arrival form, gives him the passport
Escort Client to Immigration area
Arrange a private/or priority line to pass the Immigration
Lead to the luggage belt
Assist with luggage pick up (the luggage assistance to book in advance with the extra price)
Escort to the exit.


VIP Departure service:

Welcome Guest to the departure terminal, 2 hours prior to the departure time
(Guest needs to have a local phone number to be contactable 3 hours prior to the flight time, the Greeter is in poor English)
Greeter meets the Guest, collects the passport
Leads Guest to the check-in counter
Lead Guest for the procedure of Immigration clearance
Accompany Client to the Waiting Lounge gate or waiting area. The service ends!
Guest will wait there and get on the plane at the notified time.

Special note:

Due to sensitive policy of Vietnam Government, some steps in inclusive items might be missing but rarely happens.

To enter Vietnam & Myanmar, you must pre-arrange Vietnam visa approval letter (Vietnam visa on arrival or Visa approval code) prior boarding time while it is different in Cambodia, you can get Cambodian visa on spot upon landing there.
VIP Arrival/ Departure service does not include airport transfer service, need to pre-arrange to have good service.

1. Do I need any special documentation?
No, just prepare your passport, air-ticket/ boarding pass in hand, that will help you get through the airport in a timely manner

 

2. How do we meet your Agent upon landing airport?
Our Agent is waiting you from the air-bridge/arrival gate, showing the welcome signboard, you give your passport to get service.

 

3. How far in advance for a standard departure service?
We recommend client to be ready at airline check-in counter 2 hours prior published departure time for international flight or 1 hour prior domestic flight. Our Agent is there to assist you all, assist with your luggage, fast-track you through check-in, security and immigration.

 

4. How to book for a connection flight from arrival to departure gate?
We need to arrange Arrival service then Departure service assistance if the case of an international arrival flight to connect a transit domestic flight.

 

5. Average time taken to expedite immigration without purchasing Fast Track service
Actually, this depends on many factors such as: the flight, the clients’ luggage, Immigration clearance… so we can not inform the exact time. Some cases it takes at least 1 hour if the flight is so crowded.

 

6. Average time taken to expedite immigration with Fast Track service
If the clients have the visa on hands, it’s very quick, about 5 minutes, even quicker.
If the clients have to do the visa on arrival, our greeter will assist them to do this as soon as possible so it takes abt 10-15 minutes.

 

7. Any plans for renovation or construction at these airports that may interrupt or hinder you ability to perform you services i.e. new buildings, shops, runways etc.
Normally we served fast track service daily except for the case if suddenly there was a charter flight specially reserved for high ranking officers and VIPs from the Government and no fast track is allowed to implement by the Government rule. But this is rarely happened.

 

8. We need a VIP departure service and access to an executive waiting lounge, air-side at Siem Reap airport in Siem Reap Airport, the VIP departure service procedure as mentioned.
The VIP Lounge: 1 Lounge is controlled by Bangkok Airway for guest-in house
Another one is controlled by Airport for all clients required that located inside Airport. Using this Vip Lounge with an extra charge, service included internet access, computer, food & drink (alcoholic limited).

 

8. Does Indonesian passport holder need a Cambodian visa, how long does it take for Vip arrival fast track.
No, it doesn’t, Indonesian passport holder is exempted Cambodia visa. The fast track service is provided as normal, but quicker as this client don’t need to proceed Cambodian visa.

 

9. How the EPO delegation will be taken care of both arrival and departure at/from Siem Reap airport?
VIP arrival service is provided as confirmed with our local Agent welcoming guests with signboard mentioning client’s name, there has only 1 exit gate in Siem Reap airport.
VIP departure service is assisted as usual with our local Agent waiting guests at departure terminal for meet & assist till escorting clients into waiting lounge for boarding.
