We are really happy with how this trip went and all the things we saw and discovered. We are very sorry unfortunately that we did not take a cruise to along bay but unfortunately we had to stop at least one day because we were not well.
All the things you organized were very interesting and we enjoyed them. Also the guides and drivers you provided were all kind and very punctual.
We thank you very much for the help you gave us when we missed our plane in Da Nang and for looking for solutions to help us.
If we had to look for things that we didn’t like very much, we could say that maybe the Can Tho market on the river in the early morning is really very touristy. And we didn’t like the hotel in Can Tho very much. We found it a bit neglected. We tell you these things in order to improve your service which for the rest of the trip was perfect.
We thank you very much for your help and for having assisted us every day and when we needed it. We will surely speak well of you and your agency.

All our guides and drivers were punctual and other than the driver from Lak Lake to Buon Ma Thuot (who we have informed you about) were courteous and very helpful. The vehicles and accommodation were also excellent and the hotels were well located within the towns.
The cruise and the crew were very good and we enjoyed our three days aboard the boat.

The hotels you chose were very comfortable and the staff so polite and friendly. I think the people we met was one of the highlights of the trip.
If I may suggest that in Hoi An we would have preferred the Mercure hotel. Only a tiny comment.
