All our guides and drivers were punctual and other than the driver from Lak Lake to Buon Ma Thuot (who we have informed you about) were courteous and very helpful. The vehicles and accommodation were also excellent and the hotels were well located within the towns.
The cruise and the crew were very good and we enjoyed our three days aboard the boat.
We are thinking of doing a couple more tours to your region in the next year or two and we won’t hesitate to have you organise them for us.

The hotels you chose were very comfortable and the staff so polite and friendly. I think the people we met was one of the highlights of the trip.
If I may suggest that in Hoi An we would have preferred the Mercure hotel. Only a tiny comment.
