Yet another Thai restaurant in Hanoi
The first moment I came in the restaurant, we were welcomed by the friendly staff with a Thai greeting phrase “Sawasdee Kha”, who made it sound like the original Thai in terms of pronounciation and intonation.
I always find myself falling in love with the famous Tom Yam Kung and prefer it to be very hot. Remember last year in Thailand, we were asking a restaurant owner to add more chilly to our already hot Tom Yam.
I asked the waitress to bring me a Singha beer, the popular beer of Thailand, for me it tastes similar to the Tsingtao (Qing Dao) beer in China
We later also had Pla Kao (a grilled fish) and then sticky rice in the small bamboo baskets which is very popular in Laos and Thailand
“Kop Khun Kha” was the one that we heard when when we left the restaurant…
