Day 1: Hanoi/Arrival (no meals)
First date of bus tour Vietnam: Our driver & tour guide will welcomes you at the Noi Bai airport and then be transferred to your hotel in the center of city.
Rest of time is free at leisure.
Hanoi, a city between the rivers, built from lowland. Hanoi has many scenic lakes and sometime is called “city of lakes”. Among its lakes, the most famous are Hoan Kiem Lake, West Lake, Halair Lake, Bay Mau Lake…As the capital of Vietnam for almost a thousand years, Hanoi is considered to be the cultural centre of Vietnam, where every dynasty has left behind their imprint. Even though some relics have not survived through wars and time, the city still has many interesting cultural and historic monuments for visitors and residents alike…

Day 2: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B, L, D), no escort guide to Halong, guide on Junk
7.30: Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi. Drive to Halong City through the paddy fields in the Red River Delta.
12.00 – 13.00: Arrive in Tuan Chau Wharf – Breaking and taking photo at Glory Legend Private Lounge
13.00 – 15.30: Check in and enjoy Welcome Drink, receive cruise brief and safety instruction by crew member and Cruise Manager
Start cruising. Enjoy set menu lunch while cruising to magnificent Halong Bay – Bai Tu Long Bay, admire the fascinating formations on the way. You will have opportunity to see the famous rocks such as: Perfume Rock, Fighting Cock, Lonely Rock, Saddle Rock…. before arrives to “Vung Viêng” village.
15.30 – 17.30:Visit “Vung Viêng” village by a rustic – row boat, meet the local people who will help you row the boat for sightseeing. Enjoy quiet space and fresh air, you will feel truly relaxing.
17.30 – 19.30: Back to the boat and free time for relaxing

Cooking class on sundeck – How to make spring rolls. Then enjoy spring rolls you make together and Happy Hour (buy one drink, get one free). It is time for chatting and relaxing.
19.30 – 23.00: Deluxe Vietnamese Dinner will be served
Evening activities include: Leisure time for chatting around the bar, watching many sorts of Vietnam cultural films, relaxing and spending a romantic night on Glory Legend Cruises’ music, reading magazines in room and dining room.
Passengers may also try their luck with squid fishing on the boat.

Day 3: Halong Bay – Hanoi (B, L), guide on Junk, no escort guide back Hanoi.
06.00 – 09.00: Taking part in Tai Chi class on the sundeck (duration about 30 minutes)
Coffee, tea and pastries… for breakfast are served in the dining room with morning view of bay’s landscape.
Transfer by tender to Sung Sot Cave. Walk up about 100 steps to the cave entrance. It takes approximately 45 minutes for cave visiting. Return to the boat by tender. Proper shoes are highly recommended.
09.00 – 11.30: Check out and make payment in reception area
Have a set menu brunch while cruising back to the Tuan Chau Wharf. Relax on the sundeck or in the dining room enjoying the bay scenery as approaching the wharf.
11.30: Transfer by tender to Tuan Chau Wharf. Say goodbye to the crew
12.00 – 16.30: Return from Halong to Hanoi by shuttle bus
Stop over the middle to visit a traditional workshop
16.30: Arrive in Hanoi.

Day 4: Hanoi – Full day – Overnight train to Sapa (B)
Breakfast at hotel.
8.00: We pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi old quarter areas and take you to visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex which includes Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum – the final resting place of the beloved national hero, Uncle Ho. Then we visit the President Ho Chi Minh’s stilt house where he lived off and on from 1958 to 1969. You’ll also go to the Ho Chi Minh Museum where you can learn about this remarkable man and what he did for Vietnam and the region.
Next, you’ll visit the One Pillar Pagoda which is actually a group of structures that collectively make up a pagoda built over the water in the middle of a square lake.
After that you’ll have a chance to explore the Tran Quoc Pagoda on the Shore of West Lake. From there, you’ll go to the Temple of Literature which was Vietnam’s first university and is dedicated to Confucius.
Alternatively you can choose to have lunch at a restaurant in the Old Quarter. Afterwards you’ll walk through the Old Quarter where you’ll get a sense of the daily life of this busy city on your way to Hoan Kiem Lake – the heart and soul of Hanoi. This is the part of town where the commercial streets of modern Hanoi meet the ancient 36 streets and numerous alleys amongst temples, pagodas and lakes. Finally you’ll stop at Museum of Ethnology. This superb museum showcases the depth of Vietnamese cultural diversity with an astounding collection of 15,000 artifacts gathered from throughout Vietnam. Maps, displays and dioramas are labeled in Vietnamese, French and English. Displays portray a typical village market, the making of comical hats and a Tay shamanic ceremony, videos show the real thing. You can also check out a traditional Black Thai house reconstructed in the museum. There’s also a centre for research and conservation where scientists from all over the world study traditional Vietnamese cultures.
Transfer back to your hotel. Rest of time is free at leisure. Late check-out hotel till 20:00 is included.
20.15 pm: our driver comes to your hotel, transfer to Hanoi train station (no guide) for your night train to Lao Cai. Soft-sleeper, wooden 4-berth sharing cabin on tourist carriage train.

Day 5: Lao Cai – Sapa – Cat Cat village (B, L, D)
Early morning: arrives at LaoCai train station.
Get the pick-up from Lao Cai Train station and then take a shuttle bus drive of 40 km to the hotel in Sapa.
When you arrive Sapa, our tour guide will meet you at the hotel lobby and you will get the tour itinerary reconfirmed by our guide. You will have breakfast in our restaurant. The guide will help you to put your bags in the hotel luggage store and then he will take you to explore Sapa town. After that, we get back to the hotel for checking in the hotel room. Your lunch will be in the hotel restaurant then. Our guide will get back in the early afternoon ( about 1 Pm) and take you to Cat Cat village. We trek from hotel and pass through the market to the sealed pathways to Cat Cat. This twisty beautiful vista road leads you to stairs where we descend to the centre of the village of Black H’mong tribe and keeping going down to the Cat Cat waterfall. There is an old hydro- power station that is still in use from Colonial French time and in warmer weather, a swim in the small river is possible. We walk along by the river and follow the sealed road back up to our hotel. Arrive at the hotel at apprx. 4pm.
Dinner is in the hotel restaurant again.

Day 6: Sapa – Lao Chai – Ta Chai/ TaVan village – Lao Cai – night train back Hanoi (B, L, D)
Get up in the morning for breakfast and check out the hotel room, your bags will be put in the hotel luggage store again.
We start the trip at 09.00 am with the guide. We will trek about 10 kilometers, visit three different villages belonging to the Black H’Mong , Dzay and Red Dzao people. We guide you along waterfalls, rice fields and a small river in a lush valley with sweeping landscapes. This tour has the option of lunch in a minority home or pack lunch from the hotel at a picturesque location. We will get the pick up by van/ bus after visiting the last village.
Arriving at the hotel for dinner & pick up luggage. Our bus will pick you up at the hotel for the night train back to Hanoi ( time is at 4:30 Pm or 6:00 Pm, depending on your train time and your wishes).
Arrive at Lao Cai train station. Enjoy your night train back Hanoi, tourist carriage, soft sleeper, 4-berths sharing compartment.

Day 7: Hanoi Station – Noi Bai airport – fly to Danang – My Son hollyland – Hoian (no meals)
Early morning arrival at Hanoi train station. (PLEASE BE AWARED THAT THERE HAVE 2 GATES TO EXIT THE STATION, pls well communicate with your driver to meet each others.
We recommend you to fix appointment for this transfer at Hanoi Station B “Tran Quy Cap street”.
Directly transfer to Noi Bai airport (no guide) for morning flight to Danang. Breakfast is on your own arrangement.
Upon arrival, your tour guide welcomes you & drive to visit Cham museum & then My Son Holly land.
Cham museum: built in 1915 this museum displays an intensive and diverse collection of Champa sculptures dating from the 7th to the 15th centuries. It now has nearly 2000 large and small sculptures. 288 are on display inside the museum, 187 objects in the garden and more than 1.200 objects are reserved in the storehouse. Most of the sculptures in the museum are original and mainly of three kinds of materials, including sandstone, terracotta and bronze.
My Son – one of the most stunning sights in the Hoi An area, Vietnam’s most important Cham site and as of 2000 a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walk a short distance for a short jeep ride up the mountain to the site. Today, the temples and their towers are in ruin, vegetation is growing unimpeded, Sanskrit stelae are all about, and numerous lingam are visible. During the centuries when Tra Kieu (the known as Simhapura) served as the political capital of Champa, My Son was the site of the most important Cham intellectual and religious centre, and also may has served as burial place for Cham monarchs. My Son is considered to be Champa’s counterpart to the grand city of South-East Asia’s other Indian-influence civilisation: Angkor ( Cambodia), Bagan (Myanmar), Ayuthaya (Thailand) and Borobudur (Java).

Day 8: Hoian – half day visit ancient town – Open bus to Hue (B)
Breakfast at hotel.
In the morning: visit Hoi An town, recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage site because of its unusually well-preserved ancient streets and homes. Explore the old port town’s narrow cobblestone streets and pay a visit to historic sites including a traditional Chinese trading house, Phuc Kien Pagoda, and the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge…
13.00 PM: start at meeting point for open bus from Hoi An to Hue. (Pls call a taxi to your hotel in Hue. It’s about: US$2/way)

Day 9: Hue Full day visits (B/L)
Pick up you at your hotel at around 8:00 and then take a full day to discover Hue: visit Emperor Minh Mang; Emperor Khai Dinh and Emperor Tu Duc’s Mausoleums & Vong Canh Hill. Stop on the way to see how conical hats and incense sticks are made. Lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, visit Imperial capital during Nguyen Dynasty, the seven – storey Thien Mu Pagoda on the riverbank. Return by boat on the gentle Perfume River to harbor in center for back your hotel in Hue

Day 10: Hue – fly to Saigon – free day at leisure (B)

Directly transfer to the airport for flight to Saigon

Day 11: Saigon – Full day visit (B, L)
Breakfast at your hotel.
Morning: 08:00 am to noon time
Start the trip for exploring the great atmosphere around of lively China town. Get into the rhythm of this busiest and colourful scenes of Binh Tay market and Thien Hau Temple in the morning. We then visit the War Remnants Museum. Lunch at local restaurant. Noon time is free.
Afternoon: 13:30 to 16:30 pm
Continue your PM for visiting Reunification palace which was the residence of the President of South Vietnam until end of the war in April 1975. Continue seeing some impressive French colonial structures including Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Central Post Office. After visiting the City Hall, take a break-time at Ben Thanh market where anything and everything is for sales. Return to District 1. Finish the trip at the office at 16:30 pm. Back to your hotel.

Day 12: Saigon – Cao Dai temple and Cu Chi tunnels (B, L)
The Great temple, built in 1926, is considered one of the most striking structures in all of Asia. It is the headquarter of Caodaism, a religion with colorful mix of Buddhism, Christianity, Confucianism. Visitors will attend the prayer session to witness the daily mass held by the Cao Dai followers, which is a great experience. After lunch, you will go to the Cu chi tunnels.
Located 60km from Hochiminh city, Cu Chi is now considered a heroic district for its role in the anti – American war in Vietnam. It is legendary for its tunnels system of over 220km and is a popular spot for both Vietnamese and foreign visitors.
The peacefully rural rice paddy scenery contains ducks and water buffaloes swimming in the rivers alongside the road. Visitors will find it hard to imagine the destruction, damage and defoliation all over the area, caused by bombing and mines, When Cu Chi was ” A Free Target Zone “. The remnants visitors will see, show Cu Chi still has her evidence to prove the fierce battleground that took place there and visitors will see the remnants.

Day 13: Saigon – My Tho – Ben Tre – Can Tho (B, L)
Breakfast at your hotel.
Depart for My Tho. Take a boat ride along the river, view the stilt houses and the fruit plantation along the river bank. Visit the My Tho fishing village, floating fish farm. Proceed to Tortoise island and have lunch in the orchard. Enjoy a boat ride through Tan Thach natural canal in Ben Tre, cruising under the shadow of the water coconut trees. Visit a family business which epitomizes the idyllic rural lifestyle. Enjoy a rowing boat ride along the creeks ,After trekking through the fruit plantation ,village. Proceed to Can Tho via Vinh Long. Check in on arriving.

Day 14: Can Tho – Cai Rang – Saigon (B, L)
After breakfast at hotel, take the morning boat trip to visit the Phong Dien floating market with the busy scene right at the time. Keep cruising through the small channels system, visit the rice noodles making village. Experience the ” monkey bridge ” in the delta. Visit the second floating market of Cai Rang. Break time for lunch. Return to Ho Chi Minh city.

Day 15: Saigon – Departure (B)
Free time for shopping or just take leisure before transfer (no guide) to Tan Son Nhat Airport for departure.
