The whole trip ran like clockwork and all my passengers enjoyed the experience immensely. In short, the Railtour was a great success due to your careful planning.
The three guides that you selected to lead us each had very different personalities. Their knowledge and experience meant that everything ran smoothly, all connections were made easily and they anticipated potential issues that may have created difficulties. A strong point was that each of them quickly assessed the mood and aspirations of our group and responded positively in the relaxed atmosphere that prevailed.
It was also great to meet Alice from your office and have her accompany us to Sapa and later to see us off on the train to Hue.

I am finally answering back to you – sorry for the long delay but during our trip to Asia, I had a problem with my Hotmail account and did not have access to any email.
However, we were always informed by our guides about upcoming changes of plans or schedules.
I just wanted to thank you, Rosa, and Vietnam Impressive for the organization of our tour.
Everything went really well, we enjoyed our tour very much (we found it very interesting and fascinating) and everything was really well organised. We had several delays with Vietnam Airlines (almost every single flight we took was delayed) and extremely LONG check-in procedures, but this is for sure not a fault of your organization.
We were very happy with the choice and quality of Hotels – thank you for selecting them, they were really perfect and comfortable.
The cruise was also very nice (just too short) and food delicious.
A consideration about the tour guides: our top guide was for sure Nam (in Sapa), he his a very friendly person, very communicative and gave us lots of information. You can really see that he is doing his job with lots of enthusiasm and he knows the area very well. If we are ever coming back to North Vietnam, for sure we would like to spend more time in Sapa and surroundings and have him as our guide 🙂
We also liked a lot Thin (in Ho Chi Minh) and Hong (in Hanoi) – well prepared and friendly.
We had a bit less feeling with Vinh (in Hoi An and Hue) – he is ok and gives good explanations in front of the monuments, but he is not so proactive when you go around (maybe he could be a bit more active when you travel around and you are not necessarily standing in front of a tomb or the imperial city ). But he was fine.
Last but not least, we had very good, friendly and caring drivers, so this is once again a positive remark.
Thank you again to you and the organization for taking good care of us and for sure we will recommend your organization to friends, in case they are going to plan a trip to Vietnam.

Everything was perfect thank you so much, even the weather was as good as I think is possible. Leaving Vietnam now for Malaysia and then later London.
